This week’s training video is called “Don’t Finance Real Estate Before You Know This Number.” It’s a 10 minute video where you’ll learn about a very important concept called a Cap Rate.
You need to understand this concept before financing because once you introduce leverage or financing to the deal equation, it’s easy to miss sight of the main point – is this really a good deal or not?
A Cap Rate is a measure that I use often to both compare various possible deals and to also set goals for myself when acquiring properties.
In this video I’ll explain what it is and how I use it to buy more profitable deals.
