All RPM members are invited to join us for our 3rd annual RPM Retreat, taking place January 29–31, 2027, in Greenville, SC. The Retreat is a unique opportunity to step away from the screen and connect face-to-face with fellow members, coaches, and the entire RPM community.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll collaborate with like-minded investors, get in-person guidance from Chad and the coaching team, strengthen existing relationships, build new ones, and – most importantly – leave with the momentum to CRUSH your 2027 goals!

Outdoor Walk with Chad
Join Chad for a morning walk through Greenville! This longer walking tour winds through some of the city’s best trails and parks – including the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Cleveland Park, and Falls Park – with a stop for a group photo on the iconic Liberty Bridge. Enjoy fresh air, great conversations, and a chance to experience Greenville before the day’s sessions begin.

Bus Tour of Clemson, SC
Take a coach bus to Clemson, SC to see where Coach built his rental portfolio and financial freedom. Network with fellow RPM members during the ride, tour the town of Clemson, see some of Chad’s rental properties, visit Clemson University, and stop at Clemson Memorial Stadium (where Chad played football) for a group photo, tour, see the Tiger Walk, and breakout discussions.

Getting to Greenville
Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is the closest airport, located about 20 minutes from the hotel. GSP offers nonstop service from many major U.S. cities and is the most convenient option for Retreat attendees.
From GSP → Uber, Lyft, taxis, and rental cars are readily available. A rideshare to the hotel typically costs $20–35 and takes about 20 minutes.
Many RPM members also connect before the Retreat to coordinate airport transportation and share rides.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is another great choice. Charlotte is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from Greenville and offers non-stop flights from nearly every major airport in the U.S.
From CLT → Rent a car for the drive to Greenville or use Carolina Shuttle service (~$59 round trip).
Many RPM members also connect before the Retreat to coordinate airport transportation and share rides.
Driving: Greenville is conveniently located along Interstate 85, making it an easy drive from much of the Southeast. Self-parking is available for $10 per day or valet parking is available for $28 per day.
