Retirement Crisis? Not for Local Investors

For much of America, retirement income (or lack thereof) is a major problem and source of stress for people as they age.

A local Wilmington area real estate investment club, Coastal Carolina REIA, has taken a totally different approach to retirement than the traditional paths of stocks, bonds, and social security.

These local investors are using local real estate as their primary tool to secure their retirement.

At their next regular meeting on May 8th Coastal Carolina REIA has invited Chad Carson, a successful real estate investor from Clemson, SC to share his own real estate retirement strategies.

Mr. Carsonโ€™s story is especially unique because he started with no savings after graduating from college, and  he has built a real estate portfolio that allowed him to never work a regular job.

Now at 34 years old, Mr. Carson has also been able to live a semi-retired lifestyle with yearly long-term travel since his 30th birthday, and he plans to fully โ€œretireโ€ before his 37th birthday in 3 years.

Please join us for our regular meeting to learn more.
