3-day online class (90 minutes per class) taught by real estate investor Chad Carson and special guest Steve Mudge, co-founder of Serrus Capital Partners.  Serrus is a Greenville, SC based real estate investment fund that was named the 2nd fastest growing company in South Carolina for 2012 by Greenville Business Magazine.

Your teachers:

Chad Carson is a real estate investor, micro-entrepreneur, teacher, and coach from Clemson, SC.

Chad has bought over one hundred real estate properties since starting in 2003. Many of these have been fixed and resold at a profit, and others have been kept as rentals.

Chad also has  experience with private investment funds created to buy real estate.   He is on the advisory board  for Serrus Capital Partners, a Greenville, SC based fund that has bought hundreds of houses in North and South Carolina since 2011.  

Chad will be joined one evening by special guest, Steve Mudge, co-founder of Serrus Capital Partners.  

  • With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Steve has earned a reputation for adding financial value to assets in both the public and private sectors. His corporate leadership roles include serving as EVP of Mixed Use Development for Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and as VP of Planning and Development for Centex Destination Properties. As co-founder of Serrus Capital Partners, Steve leads the investment efforts.
