The different subject are delivered in 3 basic formats:

  1. Audio Classes & Webinars: In-depth, multi-session classes on a variety of real estate topics. The classes include audio downloads, replays of webinars, presentation slides, handouts, links for additional resources, and exercises to practice what you learn. The individual webinars are past group coaching sessions and classes with Chad.

  2. Training Videos: 10-15 minute online tutorial videos with Chad that you can watch anywhere, anytime. It’s just like Chad’s sitting right next to you explaining the important concepts in bite-size pieces you can easily learn.

  3. Written Guides: If you prefer to learn by reading, download these PDF guides onto your IPad, smart phone, or just print them out. You’ll also find links to relevant links to articles and recommended further reading for each topic.
